N W. sold a previous house in West Newton, MA with Helen D. Coen and wouldn't recommend Helen D. Coen to other home sellers.

The agent herself was helpful. However the owner of the agency only showed a limited number of pictures of the house on the website. In addition, because there was an early lowball offer, she indicated that it was a good price though much lower than I was asking. She did not know the area but said they sold "all over".
