We were unable to see the house for anything near what we owed on it. Brenda did her best and was very helpful but the market was so bad at the time...... We opted to stop making payments and let the company foreclose on the house. Brenda suggested a short sale and arranged one but we opted for the foreclosure. She was a great help but, thyen , we expected her to be. She is the best in the area and very well thought of.
