Dear Karen, I am quite delinquent in writing to express our appreciation for your efforts surrounding our house sale in Newton County. I really thought it would be a difficult sale and would take an extended period to complete. We were encouraged by your optimism and your various methods of placing the property information out there for prospective buyers. I was particularly pleased with the way you kept us up to date as we proceeded through the house showing. The feed-back was most reassuring. You were most helpful in answering our questions and keeping us prepared for "what's next?" As you recall, it took just over 30 days to complete the sale. I note that several houses for sale at the time we were listing are still for sale. Our success was not by accident, but the result of your effort and guidance. We are enjoying our new location very much, and we are slowly finding friends and feeling more comfortable each day.
