Michael Robe and Century 21 All Service Realtors in El Cajon CA acted as a dual agent-earning commissions from both buyer(us)and seller- and while acting in our best interest, failed to disclose (deliberately withheld) a neighbors claim of prescriptive easement made prior to the close of our escrow. Had he been forthright and disclosed the easement claim,it would have interfeared with the sale of the property and his opportunity of earning his dual commission. Michael Robe misrepresented to us the 2.5 acres of vacant land we paid a premium price for in 2006. Michael Robe deliberately withheld from us a neighbors claim to a prescriptive easement which landlocked our property making it unuseable for the purpose of building our home. One year later after paying thousands of dollars for engineers and architects and preparing our land to build our home, we were sued by our neighbor over his right to easement across the entire front of our property. Michael Robe apologized to us however he and Century 21 All Service Realtors have refused to help us in any way. We have now been forced into an incredibly expensive lawsuit against Michael Robe and Century 21 All Service Realtors and our plans for building our home have all but vanished. I can't imagine how this man sleeps at night devastating other people's life as he has done to ours through greed and in my opinion fraudulent and deceitful behavior.
