I have worked in new home construction, and know what it takes to build a quality home from the ground up.  This, along with my degree in Civil Engineering, also enables me to recognize a well-built home.  A home may be new and look beautiful, but the builder may have cut corners that the average buyer can't see.  I won't take the place of a home inspector, but I do know how to spot a number of tell-tale signs.  As a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a Officer during the war in Iraq, I spent years developing and implementing the discipline that has served me well over the years and can now be put to use to assist you.

While I include Fayette, Douglas and Fulton counties in my focus area, my specialty and base of operations are in Coweta County, where I have lived for the past ten years.  I tour different parts of the county nearly every week when I take my family on Sunday drives to check out new neighborhoods and the homes they offer.  I have the most experience with first-time buyers and those buying/selling new construction. I understand what families are looking for in a place to call home, which includes not just the house itself, but the neighborhood, the schools, and the amenities.  My goal is to find the right match for buyers and sellers, not just to sell the most expensive house possible.  I like commissions as much as the next guy, but I'd rather have a satisfied and loyal customer who will remember me when it is time to buy or sell again than to make a deal that is profitable but not the best for my client.
