Connie M. talked with Lowell Carriere about employing them as their Realtor in Red Wing Mn Area, MN and wouldn't recommend them to other home owners.

I only selected no to recommending Lowell to a fellow home buyer, if you are wanting to really search for that right property and have a LOT of questions. Lowell was very personable and willing to answer my questions, for a bit, until they became in his words too "overwhelming" for him and stated he was busy with clients that were ready to make an offer. I'll let his email to me below...explain. Connie, I have to be honest, and don’t want to be rude. As much as I enjoy your personality, and upbeat manner, I am at a point where I am overwhelmed by your emails and questions. I have sent over 50 replies to the 60 or so emails you have sent me, and have consumed many hours doing research for you and answering your questions. I am happy to continue sending you update emails from the MLS but I will not be able to continue doing the research you want or answering your questions. I would love to work with you once you have sold your house and are in a position where you are definitely moving, but until then, I’m afraid I just don’t have the time. I am working with too many people who are actively selling their homes with me or who are preapproved and are at a point where they know what they want, and are ready to make an offer. Does that make sense? My answer to that Mr. Lowell, is that number 1 I am pre approved, number 2 my home doesn't need to sell to purchase another, in fact it is empty and my items are in storage, I am ready to move. Also how is someone ready to make an offer until they know ALL of the details of the properties? I won't purchase the first few acreages that I see. It is unfortunate that you made these comments to a client that was every bit ready to purchase an acreage when I found the correct one that suited me. If I can't ask a realtor the questions about the properties, no matter how many.. who shall I ask? All in all this experience angered me but also was hurtful after having been very serious in looking, spending time with a trusted Realtor and being a serious buyer, and because they assumed I wasn't ready to make an offer, told me he was too busy forme. That is unfortunate. I'll find another realtor.
