I had the best experience when I decided to purchase my second home. This experience was a reshreshing one due largely in part to my realtor. My first experience was awful to say the least but Anthony changed that with his positive view and high energy. I was never kept in dark about anything, he never faltered. I woudl use him again in the future with out a doubt.

Anthony Askowitz was very precise and attentive with all our needs. My husband and I stated what we were looking for and he found us exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with his services and will definetly reccommend him to our friends and family. We will definetly utilize him in the future.

I thought that Anthony was a terrific realtor especially since i had no realtor to represent me in the purchase of my home. He stepped right in to help me. Extremely knowledgeable and has a complete staff to help me every step of the way. Closing was smooth i could not have asked for a better realtor. I am glad that i went straight to a professional and asked askowitz.

He never returne any of myphone calls, or emails with adwquate responses, never told me about the absence of the roof on the house, misrepresented material facts but placing old pictures of the property that showed no defects, sold me a house without a roof, incomplete, ignored my requests to correct the situation together with Daniel Lehnhard from Renmax in Pinecrest. I am going to sue them both. I have already filed a claim with the Real Estate Board requesting them to take away their licenses, because Anthony Askowitz is a shame of Real Estate profession.
