The condo had been listed with another agent for more than nine months without any result. I had listened to the agent and had complied with all her requests but still no sale. She had convinced me that the market was slow. I let the listing agreement expire and did not renew it. The condo sat vacant through the winter holidays while I tried to decide if I wanted to try to sell it again or rent it. About this time, I heard about Ann Sullivan from a mutual friend. I decided to at least listen to her presentation. She came exceedingly well prepared to our first meeting. She introduced herself and provided me with written marketing plan as to how she would recommend getting this property sold quickly. She had taken it upon herself to preview the property and came prepared to discuss an action plan for getting the property sold.Ann’s enthusiasm, energy, knowledge and professionalism made all the difference in getting the condo sold during a buyer’s market. Her personal and sincere attention to every detail was superior. Her positive personality was contagious – our buyers even felt comfortable dealing with her directly!She made me feel comfortable calling her when I had a question. Just as she promised me from the initial meeting, she always got back to me quickly. Ann was there with me from start to finish and I would ask her to help me sell or buy property in a heartbeat.
