Hope took so much time explaining every step of the process to me, She was kind and highly professional. It was a stressful time for me because I really needed to get the house sold because I was relocateing. she took all my stress away! Hope was a delight to work with and I highly recommend her.

Hope was really knowledgeable in the area. She did a thorough comparative market analysis on my home before even meeting with me. She was very prepared and she met the challenge - even though the market is not the best right now. She was very honest about her opinion of value and let me know that it is better for me to be upset now, then upset later when it is not selling. She did a lot of advertising and worked really hard to get it sold. She constantly gave me updates and sent me copies of all the advertising she did for my home. I wouldn't use anyone else!
