there should be more options in "transactions" as i listed with this company but would NOT use again. you cannot reach anyone at this company. futhermore, if there is an interested party they will NOT be able to get in touch with anyone there either. i terminated my listing with this company, but cannot get them to remove the listing from the MLS.... probably because nobody is at this office to provide this part to the job. i am listing with a REAL agent and am happy to pay the 5% we negotiated. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THAT'S WHY THIS SERVICE (if you can call this a service LOL) is dirt cheap!

We purchased the flat fee package that includes the sign and lock box. However, when a potential purchaser calls the phone number, it informs them that "due to heavy call volume," they should email him. When I contacted his office to complain, I was met with the rudest, most appalling comments I have ever received from someone in a service-related field. I have stated them verbatim below: MLS RULES STRICLY PROHIBITE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION ON ANY PUBLIC SITES. You are now not just listing by owner you are now listing with a broker. That means there are rules and laws that we must follow. With a FSBO sign you will get lots of calls (all of them will be people who can not buy) On MLS all buyers are qualified so you will get less. What you should be getting is Agents calling you to show your house. If that is not happening then you’re over priced. It is that simple Thanks and good luck _______________________________________ Then this doozy: #1 you had the ability to purchase more service, you however decided to go with the LEAST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE THAT WE OFFERED. THIS IS AN INTERNET MLS LISTING THAT IS IT NOTHING MORE AND NOTHING LESS. IF YOU WANTED MORE SERVICE YOU COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT. IF SOMONE SAW YOUR PROPERTY THEN MOST LIKELY IT WAS ON THE INTERNET. THEN EMAILING US WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM YOU HAVE WILDLY EXPEXTATIONS OF OUR BASIC PRODUCT.YET YOU CHOSE TO PURCHASE OUR LEAST PRICED PACKAGE(WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT YOU?) Yes we offer rental listings, however due to your last response I feel that we will not be able to offer you any more services. So good luck . ________________________________ And finally, this. His comments (in response to my comments) are in caps: I paid for a package that includes a sign with your phone number on it. NO YOU DID NOT ONLY THE $299 PACKAGES HAVE A SIGN(IF SOMEONE GAVE YOU ONE OF OUR SIGNS THEY WERE REALLY GIVING YOU A HUGE BREAK) When I wrote you the other day, I was concerned that the sign with the phone number you provided tells people to email you because you're too busy to take their calls. MOST PEOPLE NOW DO SHOP VIA INTERNET AND MOST PEOPLE DO ASK QUESTIONS VIA EMAIL AS MOST PEOPLE NOW DO HAVE SMART PHONES.WE CAN ANSWER 30 QUESTIONS TO ONE PHONE CALL.WHICH HELPS US SELL PACKAGES TO YOU AT SUCH A LOW PRICE. I had no idea that another package would allow you to speak with agents/potential purchasers who called the number listed on the sign you sent me. Given the fact that your sign includes a phone number, that appeared obvious. What package could I have purchased that would allow you to actually take the time out of your busy schedule to take agents/potential purchasers' phone calls and give them my phone number? ALL PACKAGES ARE CLEARLY MARKED AS TO WHAT YOU GET ON THE WEBSITE Such marketing seems deceptive. B S By my calculations, we have a few more months listing with you under your basic package. I would like for you to change that listing to rental as well as for sale, THIS IS NOT PART OF YOU PACKAGE AS IT ENTAILS A WHOLE NEW LISTING NORMALLY THAT IS $49.99 BUT AS WE SAID IN THE LAST EMAIL WE ARE NOT GOING TO OFFER YOU ANYMORE SERVICES. if you have the ability to do so. Otherwise, I expect full reimbursement of my $99.00 and for you to pick up your worthless sign, which does nothing more than advertise your shoddy product. YOU CAN TERMINATE YOUR AGREEMENT AT ANYTIME BUT THEIR WILL BE NO REFUND. NOW THE REASON THAT YOU CAN NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE HAS TO DO WITH ONLY ONE THING YOU ARE OVERPRICED. PERIORD! 73 PROPERTIES SOLD IN YOUR AREA SINCE YOU PUT YOUR HOUSE ON THE MARKET.THE MLS SERVICE WAS AND IS MENT FOR AGENTS AND BROKERS NOT THE GENERAL PUBLIC.EVERY AGENT WHO HAS A BUYER IN YOUR AREA , YOUR PRICE RANGE YOUR SQUARE FOOTAGE CAN SEE YOUR PROPERTY.THEY HAVE ALL DECIDED TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE.WHY DO YOU THINK THAT IS? You have until the end of the day to let me know your response. CONSIDER THIS MATTER CLOSED. HAVE A BLESSED DAY

Seems odd that someone accusses me of something yet is afraid to put their name in the ad. We sell a simple listing service nothing else. Anything else you need can be purchased seperatly. Answer me this. Where else can you list your Property on MLS for 12 MONTHS for $99.99.?? We are not a full service company. Anyone expecting that will need to pay more then $99.99. As my mom all ways said take it with a grain of salt.

I listed house but it didn't sell. I agree with previous post that he is rude and not real helpful.
