Stephanie D. bought a previous house in Mamaroneck, NY with Kathleen Spadaro and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Kathleen Spadaro of Spadaro Realty, Mamaroneck NY who,along with her clients, Tara Kochanowicz & Robert J. Janowitz, fraudulenty misrepresented the property I bought from them in July 2006. Neighborhood notorious for SEVERE flooding. Both Spadaro & her clients had direct knowledge & intentionally hid it from me & my realtor even after being specifically asked. (Spadaro actually owns the house across the street-both of which were severly damaged in 2004 flood) I have had 2 severe floods within 6mos of closing-lost almost everything. The house is worthless yet I owe $465,000. Thanks Kathy for ruining my life.
