Leonard is an EXCELLENT real estate agent. The last review I just do not believe at all. That last review must be an enemy or another Realtor looking to sabotage Leonard's business because he is successful in want he does. We met Leonard after our house was on the market with two other Realtor. Leonard raised the price of our home and sold it over our original asking price after only being on the market for two weeks. He is such a blessing and I would highly recommend working with Leonard Tehrani.

We are currently trying to buy a home that is listed with Leonard. We submitted a very fair offer MONTHS ago and he has responded once with a counter. We countered that offer and now haven't heard anything for 3 weeks. He won't communicate with our realtor and meanwhile, the house is falling down. He is the worst realtor you can find.

Leonard was our realtor when my husband and I were looking to move from New York to West Chester. We love West Chester's downtown and Leonard was able to find us the perfect home. I would recommend anyone who would be looking for a realtor to call Leonard. His professionalism, attention to detail, hard work truly amazed us. Our son was also able to bond with Leonard that now he calls him "Mr. T". It shows that he loves his job and working with people to find there perfect home. He sure did for us.

Leonard Tehrani is without a doubt the most professional Real Estate Broker in the Chester County Area. A few months ago he happily embraced my family's dream of owning a home. It was an uphill battle for us but miracles happen every day and if you believe strong enough you will see them come to life. Leonard is the person to get you there. I wanted to write this because I saw there last person posted such non-sense. Leonard Therani with Coldwell Banker Preferred is an exceptional realtor who I have just recently worked with. I just bought my first home in Overbrook Park. I used the first time home buyer tax credit and Leonard was there for us. He explained all the questions we had about buying our first home, the tax benefits and found us such an exceptional home. I went online today to get his contact information to give to my sister. She is also looking for a home and now that the tax credit has been extended I wanted to refer her to my agent which I would recommend to everybody. It is pretty sad. This guy told me that he wants to be THE president while I was interviewing him. OK, he is an ambitious fellow. Next, when the 'president wannabe' took my credit card number to check my credit so that his "in-house loan officer can check [my] credit", I was uncomfortable but provided it. Sure enough, he didn't even charge my card. Good? Bad! He never checked my credit. But it gets better. TWO DAYS LATER Leonard calls me back and talks to me and tells me how he supposedly was nice to me and "decided to not charge [me] the credit report fee" and explained that "my credit is "not so good" (remember - he never saw my credit report!) and that to work with me he would actually "require" that I pay him $720.26 (yes, no more and no less, but seven twenty and twenty six pennies) upfront. Enough said... Little did Leonard know - I wasn't born yesterday. Leonard Tehrani may one day get into the White House, but not as the next Mr. President. He is certainly not the real estate professional that I would want to work with. In fact, I have so much 'bitter taste' now that I actually became unsure about purchasing the investment property that I wanted to purchase. Oh, boy.

My wife and I were driving in the neighborhood looking at houses when we pulled up to one of Leonard's houses. We called him and actually called him during diner. He was awesome! He immediately showed us the property. We made an offer with Leonard, he presented us and the seller. Our offer was accepted and we were not even a slight bit concerned that he was representing both us and the seller. We knew that he was here to make the deal happen and we were very appreciative off all he did for us. Leonard worked very hard to get us to settlement. We never would have expected any agent to do what he did.

Just recently bought my brand new home I just got a call from Leonard Tehrani and he was asking us how we have liked the house do far. We love it! I wanted to write this review because I think Leonard is really a genuine realtor who cares about his clients. He worked with us for over a year to find exactly what we were looking for. He understood that it would take sometime because we had special requirements. My husbands mother was to move in with us and we needed an in-law suit or a first floor mast. That was hard to find. But he found it. He found us a home on the north side of the borough where it had a huge first floor den with a full bath that we turned into a in-law suite. from start to finished he was watching for our best interest. We purchased the home at an amazing price and we have loved it since. My brother is now looking to sell his house and we are most diffidently referring him to leonard. Thanks.

My home sold in less than a week. In this market that was GREAT! Now we can start looking where to move....We did not expect the house to sell so fast with the price we had it on the market. Leonard assisted us with staging the house. Consulted with us and really prepared us for a home selling and buying experience. I would def recommend him to any buyer and seller. He knows the area really well. He is also one of the premier agent in the area. as he has sold many homes in my neighborhood.

I hired Leonard Tehrani in December to sell my Home in Kennett Square. Since that time he has refused to give me a copy of my listing agreement. He has never given me any feedback from showings, as far as I know he has only had one open house from which I received no feedback. He has only taken two terrible pictures of my home claiming he is waiting for a sunny day of which we have had dozens. He refuses to release the listing so that I can use another realtor even though I have offered to protect his interest in any deal he may have brokered prior to releasing the listing. Since I informed him of my desire to terminate the agreement 3 weeks ago he has not scheduled a single showing or open house at my home but will not release the listing. I am now being forced to sue him to get him to release the listing. I gave him four months and several opportunities to repair our relationship. I could not be less satisfied with him as a Realtor or even as a business man or a human being. I have two mortgages and three small children. His cavalier refusal to either put forward best efforts to sell my home or terminate the listing may well cause my family to have to surrender the house to foreclosure.

A real delight! Lenny was great selling our house for us in Chester springs and helping us find a new place here in Downingtown. His was very effective and would recommend him to anybody ells who may want to buy or sell. He has allot of energy and drive but he is determined to get the job done.

I bought my new home in Merrion Station from Leonard Tehrani. Leonard is an excellenct negotiator and worked hard to make sure our move was as easy as it was. We found our dream home with-in two weeks. Leonard wrote up the offer and we were in the home. He even helped us with our move from New York and we listed our home with an agent from ERA he suggested us to choose.
