Reochicago H. talked with Luke Rosenzweig about employing them as their Realtor in Skokie, IL and wouldn't recommend them to other home owners.
DO NOT contact this Realtor or any other Realtor listed on the reochicago.com website. The other Realtor listed on the website, Matt Konkolewski told me that he would get back to me no later then 6PM on the day that I contacted him. Never called back. Then I called Luke Rosezweig the same day, and who actually scheduled an appointment to meet with me in the an area that was 30 minutes away from where I lived. I called to confirm, he never called back. He never even showed up to the appointment. Called him several times to see where he was, but he never answered or returned my calls. Don't ever EVER work with this person.
Momo S. sold a previous house in Mundelein, IL with Luke Rosenzweig and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.
This agent is incredibly unprofessional. He does not follow standard practices when working with offers, and does not represent the best interests of the seller. He should be fired, or at least removed from the real estate market for the good of the profession.
