Mark made our dreams come true. I was shocked to learn he had only been in the business for 2.5 years because he was so good. I am so glad he was our agent and always looking out for us. We knew many realtors but we will refer our friends to him because not only is he OUR realtor, he is OUR good friend. I don't know how he did it with his busy schedule, but he always made us feel we were at the top of his list and gave us a lot of attention when we wanted to see places. I used this clown's services and ended up with a house over a leaking oil tank. He never insisted on a disclosure statement from my seller, who was represented by another realtor in this guy's office. Gee-- I wonder why. My name's still a punchline among all the filthy realtors in Margate, NJ, but we'll see who laughs last. Don't take my word about this guy's lack of character.
