Mark made our dreams come true. I was shocked to learn he had only been in the business for 2.5 years because he was so good. I am so glad he was our agent and always looking out for us. We knew many realtors but we will refer our friends to him because not only is he OUR realtor, he is OUR good friend. I don't know how he did it with his busy schedule, but he always made us feel we were at the top of his list and gave us a lot of attention when we wanted to see places. We really appreciated his time & friendship.
I would like to take this opportunity on this site to express my gratitude to my Realtor, Mark Arbeit for the outstanding service and efforts. Mark Arbeit had the listing for my condo and sold the property after just a short period of time. It had been on the market for some time before Mark took over the listing. In today's challenging market, I truly believe it was the marketing efforts and Mark's persistence that sold our condo. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of an agent in your area. Again, I thank Prudential Fox & Roach and Mark Arbeit for all of your assistance in making this a pleasant experience.
This agent was the most professional and sincere agent I have ever met. I can't imagine saying one bad word about him. Selling my house with him was a pleasure. He is def. one of the most hardworking people on the planet! I could contact him at any moment and receive the advice that I needed! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else EVER!His partner Mitch is a huge asset to Mark, for he helped stage my house and it sold ASAP. I loved working with these two SO much and I can't wait to work with them again. Mark Arbeit and Co. is the biggest asset to Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors in Margate, NJ!
I used this clown's services and ended up with a house over a leaking oil tank. He never insisted on a disclosure statement from my seller, who was represented by another realtor in this guy's office. Gee-- I wonder why. My name's still a punchline among all the filthy realtors in Margate, NJ, but we'll see who laughs last. Don't take my word about this guy's lack of character. Read what even his fellow travelers write about him in The Washington Post archives for June 20 and 25, 1987. Use him and you'll need a shower after you do.
