A dear client brought to my attention M.N or Mary Norman’s comment about me in regards to her Open House experience with me this past July in Belmont. The trees that she mentions in her review are 2 Beautiful Heritage Oaks. These trees enhance the character and value of the property (as do so many other trees in Belmont). mary n. talked with Janet Pepe Davis about employing them as their Realtor in Belmont, CA and wouldn't recommend them to other home owners.

I went to an open house that I was interested in, and Janet Pepe Davis was the host the house that day. After looking at the house, I felt very interested in the house and went to Janet for a chat. When I asked her the possibilities of cutting down the trees that are in front of that house (the trees are within the property of the house and it was taking a lot of the space of the front lot), she said to me VERY rudely that this is not "your house" if you are considering cutting down the trees. She was very unprofessional and arrogant and basically "push a potential buyer away"!!! That's ridiculous and unacceptable as a agent. Please do not hire her as your agent - you will not get an offer for your house!

I am both a buyer and a seller and the agent at carlmont is not moral on their properties; agent is not showing offers owner/seller; offers are not being shown to owners on properties (pre-foreclosure) going on public auction; agent is taking offers from own client pool on properties agent is also selling. Therefore she sees offers from her client base as well as outside offers. This is illegal and immoral; properties under this agent sit on the market for more than 30 days.
