I can sum it all up and say that he took a very serious approach to our sale, got us very close to what we wanted, and closed on our new home the same day as we closed on our house. I stumbled upon this site looking up Eric's office number. I actually laughed at the neg comments. We used Mr Schuell for a sale and purchase. We have referred him to our friends. I really don't believe the comments posted. He knows his business VERY well and never disappointed. From start to finish, was always accessible and cool headed. .

I would recommend Eric only if you are selling your home. He did a good job for me in this regard. However, getting his assistance to BUY a house was as impossible as it could have been. I sent an endless supply of home listings I wanted to see because he would not ever send me listings in my price range. Worse, he was making decisions on my behalf without my knowledge and without power of attorney, deciding against bidding on properties which I found suitable. An overall disheartening experience. I fired him, went with another realtor and am in my own house now, no thanks to Eric. As a salesman, his expertise is unparalleled, so I recommend Eric to SELL your house. I pity you if you hire him to try and buy a home of your own.
