She always made herself avaiable to answer all of my questions and on the rare occasion that I couldn't get her on her cell she was always very quick to return my calls or email. The significant effort that she put into preparing me for closing paid off in a big way when we all sat down in the conference room at Champion Realty. There were absolutely no surprises and everything happened excactly as she siad that it would. I have been living in my new home and I couldn't be happier. For the past year or so, my wife and I have been working with Jeannette Lancaster. While going through the process of first selling our fmormer residence, then locating & purchasing our new house. Early on in our process we had settled on a community as the place we would like to own our next home, and while looking through we happened to meet Jeannette lancaster at one of her Open Houeses. Will not recommend this agent. My house did not sell. Agent was not able to find a buyer for my home. Agent has a pleasant personality, and makes promises but she was not able to sell my house. Agent was not able to deliver sales price she promised.
