He negotiated a great price but more importantly listened to our families needs and found the right home for us. We have had several neighbors refer to Dean as "the agent to use" Since moving to Castle Rock we have heard nothing but good things about Dean as an agent and we now know why he has been the number one agent in Castle Rock for so many years. We would only use and recommend Dean to our family and friends

Dean Gary is all talk and no action. We fell for his pitch and ended up seriously regretting choosing him as a realtor. He pulled some very dishonest moves and did not follow through with any of the things he said he would do as our realtor. Don't fall for this guy. We heard from others after having already signed a contract with him that he has a very bad reputation in the Douglas County area. Now we know why and just want to warn people so that nobody else has the horrible experience we had purchasing a home. Find a realtor that will put the effort into finding the right home for you and negotiating a good price for you. Dean Gary is not that person.
