Chris Rooker is the Team Leader of the Harrisonburg Homes team, a group of five Realtors within Kline May Realty.  Chris began his real estate career in 2003 with the vision of creating a residential sales team that works together to offer home buyers and sellers extraordinary customer service. In addition to Chris, the team currently includes Brant Suter, who works alongside Chris in all aspects of buyer and seller representation; Sue Halterman, who has been a Realtor for nearly 30 years; Amy Chico, who has been with the team for a year and works with buyers and sellers; and Lisa Oates, the team's Marketing Director, who manages all of the marketing activities for the team, and coordinates the team's listings.

Prior to real estate, Chris spent nine years in various management positions at non-profit organizations.  He is currently a board member and chair of the Smart Growth Committee for the Shenandoah Valley Builder's Association.
