Background:
Formerly, Scott was an Affinity Account Specialist for Coldwell Banker Southern California Corporate Services Division where he facilitated Real Estate Affinity programs for over 350 Organizations located throughout the United State. His extensive background also includes Closing Manager for a national REO asset management and marketing firm where he managed a high volume of (over 1,000 per year) national closings throughout the entire closing process from start to finish. Prior to becoming a Closing manager Scott was an Equity Specialist for BCMC, a division of Cendant Settlement Services Group (CSSG), a full service title, settlement, and vendor management service company, serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions.
A highly effective professional, Scott is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. He is a self-starter and problem solver willing to go the extra mile to get the job right. Scott has extensive and diverse industry knowledge along with ten years experience in sales and management, which is a great benefit to all of his clients.

Scott is a team player with several years of outstanding performance and recognition while playing Varsity Football.   He has received numerous awards and trophies. A native of the East Coast, Scott resided in Southern California since 1986 before moving to Kauai in 2006. He attended San Diego State University and Chapman University.

Besides playing with his baby daughter, Cortlynn, Scott enjoys all sports, especially surfing, snowboarding, and fishing. He is active in several volunteer groups that fulfill his desire to be able to give back to others some of the wonderful things he feels so blessed with.    Scott resides in Lihue, HI with his wife, Victoria and their two sons, Chandler and Carter.
