Background:
My Father is a retired Colonel in the Army so with that I spent a good deal of my childhood moving! Favorite destinations included a 21/2 year stint on the island of Okinawa and years in New England.
Attended High School in Vermont and College in New Hampshire.
Attended Specialty Schools after College in Ohio and Florida.
Lived 20 years in Atlanta area where I met my husband, Steve, an Atlanta native.
Proud resident of Ellijay since the fall of 2003.

What makes my heart soar?
Animals of any kind, domestic or wild; gardening and arranging flowers, travel to anywhere, especially Italy , New York and D.C., horseback riding, (which Ive been doing since the age of 8), visiting Civil War battle sites, most anything related to History, the mountains, and especially the friends I have been privileged to make while in North Georgia.
