Would never recomend anyone use Scott as a realtor. I had the worst experience trying to buy my first home and could only hope no one else would have to go through the same experience.

The most unprofessional realtor, would never return any calls and impossible to buy a house because of no response. Completely a waste of time trying to deal with Scott!

Have bought and sold across the country with reputable realtors. Scott is NOT one of them. Never rec'd a reply via e-mail or numerous contact numbers.

Rich R. bought a previous house in Jacksonville, FL with Scott Lehmbeck and would recommend them to other home sellers.

Scott doesn't return emails or phone calls. I wonder if he really exists? Though I understand the foreclosure market can be overwhelming.

We have called Scott Lehmbeck and emailed him, we never got a response. We have since found out this is usual for Mr. Lehmbeck.
