Jeff Thompson grew up in Emerald Isle, NC which helped him value our coastal area.  While attending college at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he was president of Delta Sigma Phi, Zeta Omega Chapter and also the Greek Presidents Council, he experienced the professional world while dealing with national organizations and local government.  By opening Tortugas, a successful casual fine dining restaurant in Emerald Isle, eight years ago, as well as, being a partner at East Coast Performance in Jacksonville, he has learned even more about the service industry, working with clients, and business ethics.  His nine years of marriage and the blessing of a wonderful two year old daughter have taught him even more about commitment, diligence and responsibility.
