Team Zingales joined RE/MAX in April of 2005. Within their first 2 years, they out sold other area teams to become one of the top 25 teams in New England. The team leader, Joe Zingales, has been selling real estate in the area for many years. When asked what he credits the team success to he answered, “Our technique is very simple. We provide optimum customer service. Period. No hassles, no pushy salespeople. When our customers are ready, then we are ready.” He also attributes the team’s success to the individuals on it. “Each one of the team members has to be commended for their loyalty and support. They each bring a special characteristic to the team that when joined together is a harmonic symphony of expertise. I’m very lucky and grateful to have them” Their basic premise is “Why have one agent when you can have an entire team assisting you with your real estate transaction”.
Joe has structured his winning team as his own fortune 500 company. They have different divisions within the team including finance and marketing as well as “special teams” targeted at specific sectors of the market such as foreclosures and bank-owned properties. The team is bilingual including Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. Since its inception, Team Zingales believes that in order to conduct business in city, you must also give back to the community. Through their charitable branch, the team has participated in food drives, walk-a-thons, clean-up days, and more recently a spaghetti dinner for the seniors at the Methuen Senior Center.
In January of 2007, the team decided to join one of New England’s largest RE/MAX franchises, RE/MAX Prestige. “This alliance will open up additional opportunities for us and provide our customers with more resources than any other brokerage house. It truly is a win-win for all parties involved” said Joe. The new office for RE/MAX Prestige will be located at Sal’s Riverwalk, one of the largest and fastest growing complexes north of Boston. Joe said that when selecting the location of the office, it needed to be located in an area that is full of action and excitement. “What better place than Sal’s and Lawrence!”
