Elisa is totally professional. She definitely works hard for her clients. If she says she will do something, you can count on it to get done. She goes above and beyond when negotiating the best sell or purchase price. She tells it like it is. If there is a problem with a particular house, she will point it out to you. If your house needs some cosmetic fixing up in order to get a better price, she will tell you that also. I have purchased two houses, and sold one using Elisa, and have had the best experiences and absolutely NO PROBLEMS!! I highly recommend Elisa Dewees.

I stumbled upon realtor, Elisa after 1.5 years of working with another agent to assist me with the Short Sale of my home. I was very apprehensive about establishing a business relationship with another realtor, but my circumstances (pending foreclosure) did not allow me to give up so easily. Complicating matters further, as an out-of-state resident, I really needed to be able to trust whomever I hired to assist me. Feeling ill-advised, misguided with false information from the previous realtor experience, I contacted Elisa, and was rather frank about my expectations. She readily received my concerns and expectations, and empathized with me. Most importantly, she demonstrated within hours of my initial contact her ability to communicate directly, follow through, and keep her word.
