Anonymous U. bought a previous house in Providence, RI with Joy E Riley and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.

Worst experience of my life, and I lost a lot of money. DO NOT buy any of her listings NO MATTER WHAT. Joy and none of the affiliate of her company ever bother to return phone calls. When you call them, they are snotty on the phone. They don't follow up with you to let you know what is going on. IF you ever get a bid on a house (which you probably won't because it's rigged) then it will be the worst mistake ever. I tried buying one of her listings and it was an absolute nightmare...
