I worked with your agent Mary Zimmerman regarding the Relocation Program for my foreclosed home. She was beyond unprofessional and crossed to mean and cruel. After a long and painful divorce, and being forced into bankruptcy, Mary told me that all bank owned, foreclosures were the same. She used words like lazy, delinquent, and free loading to describe people in foreclosures. To be talked to that way after the process of losing my home was inexplicably cruel. Unprofessional behavior is one thing Mary was far beyond this. Mary Zimmerman and people like her are a disgrace to basic human dignity and to rebuilding the Americans during the second most devastating financial crisis in our nation’s history. She should be allowed to handle even one more listing.
