Anonymous U. bought a previous house in Morgantown, WV with Debra Sullivan and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.
This individual (and her brother, the builder) are the least trustworthy people I have ever worked with. They continuously misrepresent their responsibilities, and repeatedly fail to address deficiencies irregardless of every effort to communicate. I sincerely wish I had never had the misfortune of working with them. My experience with them in fact is identical to two others in our neighborhood -- unfortunately, didn't meet them until after committing to this sale! Would rank Negative stars if permitted!!!!
