Poor attention to details and poor communicator. Recommend against.

I purchased my first home with Fred. He was able to lead me step by step through this process, always available with helpful information, and contacts. Fred went above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure I found the perfect home and that it was the right price. He is honest, knowledgeable, well connected, and hard working.
