Terrible. No one called me or e-mailed me. I bought a house through them and I was given a 5 year warranty which is invalid and no one will call me back. I will be reporting them to The Veterans Administration and to The BBB. I have talked to Kathy Lyles a milion times but as she said....it's out of her hands. Don't buy a house from Coldwell Bankers...they do not stand behind their sales.
