Anonymous U. bought a previous house in Ogden, UT with Steve King and would recommend them to other home sellers.

Worst experience ever! I would never recomend this clown! Never returned calls until I got his broker involved. He had no respect for my time, nor the law. He sells bank deals and really doesnt give a damn! I was able to buy the house after we got the coldwell banker's lawyers involved. Steve threatend to kill the deal becuase we were not closing with his title company.
