Betsy was kind and courteous during the selling process, even going out of her way to help us move the closing date in order to purchase/sell the house. However, after closing we discovered within days that there was significant flooding in the basement (not disclosed by previous owners - ie. her sellers). We attempted to follow the proper channels and even allowed Betsy into our home so that she could see the damage. We asked for her cooperation in rectifying the situation and have received very unsatisfactory cooperation. Based on our experience with her as the seller's agent, we think it is important for buyers of her listings to be aware of our experience with her.
