I sold a home with Joanna, bought another. She's wonderful. A joy to be around, and very good at what she does. Told me things to do to stage the house I sold, things to look for in the house I bought. She's the total package. Was just my realtor, but after working with her, I feel like she's a good friend. I also feel the need to say something about the "negatives" I've seen here by "Anonymous". Seems to me that if you can't put your name in the "review", could well be you're a troll. The oldest trick in the book, a plant, a shill. On the internet, it's that much easier to do stuff like this. Don't listen to an anonymous "review" because it's more likely a person with a beef.

To put simply, I would not recommend her for anything. Extremely poor character, no integrity...Lies, evasiveness you end paying and paying and paying...The ONLY reason she received one star is because zero stars are can not be marked....

Signed a six month lease on this realtors former home.She sold the house after four months and broke the lease which violates a state law in the state of Oklahoma.She is a law breaker and a very unethical individual.

The home had a serious problem that needed to be fixed. She completely lied to me three or four times after I had specifically asked her if the problem had been fixed. She stated that I agreed to cover repair costs that I never agreed to. When I asked for receipts of repairs that I was asked to contribute to pay, she gave me the run around for a week. She never told me the closing time, so I ended up finding out three hours before. It was horrible. It seemed like as soon as she thought the house was sold, she stopped acting like OUR realtor. She was so interested in selling more homes that she thought the sale was over and didn't need to do anything else. She just wanted to make more money and continued showing homes and never attending to us.
