The home had a serious problem that needed to be fixed. She completely lied to me three or four times after I had specifically asked her if the problem had been fixed. She stated that I agreed to cover repair costs that I never agreed to. When I asked for receipts of repairs that I was asked to contribute to pay, she gave me the run around for a week. She never told me the closing time, so I ended up finding out three hours before. It was horrible. It seemed like as soon as she thought the house was sold, she stopped acting like OUR realtor. She was so interested in selling more homes that she thought the sale was over and didn't need to do anything else. She just wanted to make more money and continued showing homes and never attending to us.
