Never do any business with this man. He is a Crock, fooling people all the time. He promised you and do not keep his promises. Cannot contact him after paying down payment for apartment. Promised to fix apartment and do not, just want to sign contract and collect money. He said he is this and that and robing people all the time. I will get the police invalue with my transactions.

This man is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He lies about everything. I wanted to rent a place from him and he told me that he would have the place ready for me at the end of two weeks. Two months later, he still hadn't finished the renovations he promised. I had to spend a fortune on hotels to manage!! He is completely inept at his job. The one time I complained that he was being too slow, he blew up in my face. The man simply does not know how to do his job!! Thats all there is to it.

I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN AGAIN! My husband and two daughters were suppose to rent an apt from him and last minute after we already gave notice to our previous landlord that we were moving he informed us that he hadn't completed the apt and we will not be able to move in after taking our money! Leaving me and my family without a home!!! He is a CROOK AND CON ARTIST! Do not have dealings with the unprofessional man! He is cheap and has low quality apts he patches together by himself half ass! He clearly has no morality or business etiquette! He had his wife and kids in the apt painting and trying to complete the place when his own home isn't completed!

This agent/ homeowner us a decetful cin artist. He is extremley cheap and has old broken down homes with patch jobs. He cuts a lot of corners when building homes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this crook!
