My husband and I are still waiting on our home to go into escrow, but our offer has been accepted by the bank. (The sad reality of a bank owned home!) Trish has been wonderful, showing us and our in-laws who are interested in the same area over 50 houses (at least.) We found her by chance as she was repping a house we were interested in, and we adore her. She works so hard, answers or writes back within 24 hours (excepting when her grandson was born :) ) and has really kept us in the loop during this whole process. We have been lucky that we can only come down on very short notice, and she has always made time for us, though in the busy season this may not be the case. I would hands down recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, she is VERY knowledgeable about the areas - we were primarily looking in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and La Quinta, and she was able to drive us by each school to show us the proximity. She was also honest about potential issues with some properties.
