Brad's knowledge of the marketplace combined with his skill in dealing with people made it possible to sell my condo and buy another on contingency within a very tight time-frame and get the "best price" on both transactions. Throughout the process, up to and including the day of the move, he was available whenever needed to prevent problems and remove obstacles. I bought and sold two other properties before I met Brad and I consider him to be the absolute best. It was a pleasure to work with him. He is highly regarded by everyone I know who he has represented. If you are looking for a hard-working, results-driven agent who will put your interests first, you will be doing yourself a favor by using Brad Coy.
