Anon bought a previous house in West Plains, MO with Sandie Groom and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.

Most communication was via email or telephone since we were in FL from the point of offer to purchase and the closing. Sandie did not look out for us at all. Broadband availability was a contigency. She told us several times via email and phone calls we could get broadband from a provider in town with an antenna they would install. 2 yrs later we still cannot get broadband. She did not get very involved in the home inspection or relay correct information to us.
